We offer a better way to serve your current customers; a way to increase your customer base; a way to create a reputation for customer care, inclusion, access, and diversity. And on top of it all, this will increase your bottom line.

Membership includes an initial in person accessibility audit of your entire business including any physical space, website/on line presence, and customer service providers. We provide consulting and training to address access issues identified in the audit and to come up with a plan to increase access.

After that, we stay with you. This is not a one and done program. We offer on-going consulting and training to make sure your business continues to be accessible. I am available by phone, email, and in person to address any access related needs that arise. Members receive a newsletter on a monthly basis which highlights emerging trends and easy things you can do to increase access and reach out to new customers.

Customers can contact us directly if they have concerns about access and your business. We work to make sure that customer concerns receive the attention they deserve. We are a powerful link between the customers and the business.

Members receive a variety of signage to show they are involved in the program. Easy to see and read stickers are available for the front door or windows of physical spaces. We recommend making membership explicit on business websites along with other access related information. Many businesses offer excellent access but they do not mention it. We believe that if you are accessible go ahead and say it!
